Delete in the app (fastest)
Open the FlyMyPet app → Settings (gear icon) → 🗑️ Delete my account. Your request is logged immediately and processed within 30 days.
Or request by email
Email hello@flymypet.com with the subject “Account deletion request” from the email address on your account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your profile, pet profiles, uploaded documents, saved preferences and notification history. Data we are legally required to keep (e.g. issued invoices and customs records) is retained only for the legally mandated period, then removed.
Active bookings
If you have a pet currently in transit or an upcoming confirmed flight, deletion completes after the journey ends so we can meet airline and customs obligations.
