1. Who we are

FlyMyPet.com (“FlyMyPet”, “we”) arranges international and domestic pet transport. This policy explains what personal data we collect across flymypet.com, the FlyMyPet client zone and the FlyMyPet mobile app, and how we use it. Contact: hello@flymypet.com.

2. What we collect

Contact details (name, email, phone), your pet’s details (name, breed, weight, age, photos), travel details (route, dates, addresses for collection and delivery), documents you upload (vaccination records, permits, passports where required for customs), payment status, and basic product-interaction analytics (screens viewed, actions taken) used to operate and improve the service.

3. How we use it

Solely to deliver your relocation: generating quotes, making airline and partner bookings, preparing documents and permits, coordinating vets and ground agents, processing payments, sending booking notifications, and providing support. Analytics are used in aggregate to improve the product. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment processing.

5. Sharing

We share data only as needed for your booking: with airlines, IATA agents, veterinarians, customs and government authorities, and collection/delivery partners. Each receives only what they need for their part of the journey.

6. Retention

Booking records are retained as required for tax, customs and legal purposes. Documents and pet profiles are kept while your account is active.

7. Your rights & account deletion

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time. You can delete your account directly in the app (Settings → Delete my account) or request deletion at flymypet.com/delete-account. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days; data we must keep by law (e.g. invoices) is retained only as long as legally required.

8. Security

Data is stored with our backend provider (Supabase) with row-level security so clients can only access their own records. Transport is encrypted (HTTPS).

9. Children

Our services are intended for adults arranging pet transport and are not directed at children under 16.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version always lives at this address. Material changes will be flagged in the app or by email.
